Return Policy
- If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please send it right away with our delivery man.
- Customers have to pay product return charge.
- For selected categories, we do not accept a change of mind: Fashion items, Jewellery, Lapel Pin, watches, etc
- For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return window, warranty or brand warranty provided by the manufacturer. Please check the warranty card issued with the product. The contact details of the seller can be found on the card. Nadra.com.bd does not provide any guarantee or warranty for the products.
7 Day Return Policy
- Customers have to notify us within 7 days for exchange policy. If a customer does not like the product, size issue or color issue happens then the customer have to pay extra 100 taka delivery charge to exchange the product.
- In case of a wrong or damaged product Nadra.com.bd will exchange the product free of charge.
- In case of claiming the free exchange policy, customers need to check the product when delivery happens and claim it right away.
Conditions for Returns
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.
If your returned product is not validated for return, how are you informed?
- If your return is invalid, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item back to you. We will arrange the delivery of the item. You can still avail warranty if the warranty period of the product is still effective.
NOTE:
We will make three attempts to return the product to you. However, after this, we will cancel the return procedure but we will keep the product with us for a maximum of 14 days for you to retrieve from our warehouse.
Refund Policy
How to request a refund and what are the conditions?
- Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 calendar days of the paid order placed.
What is the Refund Mode?
- Refunds are made through bank transfer. When a refund request is made, considering it meets the conditions of a refund, it will approximately take 7-10 working days or 2 bill cycles for the refund to be adjusted. However, if the refund does not arrive after the next two months’ statements, please contact your issuing bank or party directly for support. Please note, that there will be no cash refund for any Cash On Delivery purchases.
Can you request an exchange rather than a refund?
- If you prefer to exchange your product, just inform our Customer Service we will evaluate and guide you for the next steps. The product returned for exchange must be completely sealed/intact.
Please NOTE your refund request might be cancelled/ disqualified for the following reason:
- Customer phone was unreachable
- The delivery was rescheduled by the customer
**Nadra.com.bd reserves the right to modify these Return & Refund policies. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on Nadra.com.bd. You are responsible for the reviewing of such modifications. Your continued access or use of Nadra.com.bd shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified Return & Refund policies.
