We ship across Bangladesh. Delivery timelines depend on your location, the items in your cart, and your chosen method at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard delivery usually arrives in 2–5 business days depending on location.
  • Urgent delivery (Dhaka only) is available within 24 hours for eligible products.

When your order is picked for delivery, you’ll receive SMS/email with real-time tracking.

Final delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Urgent/Standard options apply to addresses within Dhaka city only.
  • For deliveries outside Dhaka, shipping charges depend on product size/quantity/weight and must be paid in advance.

Delays & Exceptions

In some circumstances delivery may be delayed due to courier capacity, weather, social or political unrest. If this happens, we’ll notify you with a revised estimate (provided you shared a valid phone/email). Please allow extra transit days during national holidays and campaign periods.

Packaging & Delivery Attempts

  • All items are securely packed. Please record an unboxing video for any damage/shortage claims.
  • If a delivery attempt fails, the courier may re-attempt or request pickup from the nearest hub.
  • Orders with mixed items may ship in multiple parcels with separate tracking IDs.

Payment & COD

  • Prepaid methods (recommended): Mobile banking, card, or bank transfer.
  • Outside Dhaka: shipping fees must be prepaid.
  • Cash-on-Delivery may be limited for high-value or bulky items at our discretion.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS/email with a tracking link and ID. You can also message us on WhatsApp with your Order #.

What if I need urgent delivery in Dhaka?

Select Urgent (Dhaka) at checkout. Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are prioritized for same-day/next-day delivery (stock & courier permitting).

Can I change my address after placing an order?

Address changes are possible before dispatch. Contact us ASAP with your Order #.

Do you ship outside Bangladesh?

International shipping isn’t available at this time.
