Warranty Coverage

Every Nadra Printer comes with a 6-Month Official Service Warranty — ensuring peace of mind with free servicing or replacement (under applicable terms) during the warranty period.

This warranty applies exclusively to purchases made from the Official Nadra Online Store (www.nadra.com.bd).

Products purchased through third-party marketplaces (such as Daraz, Cartup, Evaly, and others) are not covered under the Nadra 6-Month Service Warranty.

How to Claim Warranty

To claim your warranty, simply reach out to our Nadra Customer Support Team (Message on WhatsApp) with your order number and a brief description of the issue (photo or video preferred).

Our team will guide you through a quick and hassle-free process. The original product, box, and all included accessories must be provided for the claim to be valid.

Warranty Benefit

✅ One-time Free Service or Replacement within the 6-month warranty period.
(Subject to inspection and verification of the issue.)

Warranty Will Be Void If:

  • Physical damage (dents, scratches, or sticker/tamper seal removal)
  • Misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repair/modification
  • Missing original packaging, invoice, or included accessories
  • Product purchased from unauthorized or unverified sellers

Not Covered:

Consumable parts such as battery, printer head, cables, and chargers are not covered under warranty.
